Also, this warranty applies only if purchased directly from Magnetic Components, Inc. If you believe you have a defective transformer that is ours but purchased from a distributor, reseller, etc., you must contact them directly and their warranty policies will apply. If you believe you have received a defective transformer directly from the Magnetic Components, Inc., you must contact the Magnetic Components, Inc. for a return authorization number. At which time, you will be required to return the transformer. You will be responsible for the cost of freight to return the item. Magnetic Components, Inc. reserves the right at our option to either repair, replace, issue a credit or supply a refund if the item is verified defective by Magnetic Components, Inc. only. Warning!: Transformers should always be installed by a professional electronics technician since there are high voltages involved and may result in physical harm to yourself, the transformer and/or your equipment if installed incorrectly. Magnetic Components, Inc. will not be responsible for any types of damages incurred as a result of a defective transformer or an incorrect installation of a transformer. Also, Magnetic Components, Inc. will not be responsible for a transformer failure that is a result of your incorrect installation. Magnetic Components, Inc. will not directly ship outside of the continental USA. Magnetic Components, Inc. will only ship to your specified agent or freight forwarder within the continental USA. Magnetic Components, Inc. will not be responsible for any taxes, duties, shipping fees, bank charges, etc. involved in a non-USA sales transaction (ExWorks Terms).
