Terms and Conditions : By purchasing from the Seller, Magnetic Components, Inc., you are verifying that you, the Buyer are an established business reseller, dealer, distributor or original equipment manufacturer with a resale licence. The cost of shipping is the responsibility of you. Magnetic Components, Inc. will ship UPS prepaid and add to the invoice or UPS collect. For prepay and add shipments with a final destination within the continental USA, the total cost of shipping plus insurance will be charged to you on the invoice. All orders are Non Cancelable, Non Returnable and Non Refundable. Magnetic Components, Inc. will supply a 1 year warranty for defects from the date code marked on transformer. Magnetic Components, Inc. will not replace, supply credit or refunds, etc. unless the transformer is actually proved to be defective. Therefore, you must verify that all specifications are appropriate for your application before you purchase our transformers. Magnetic Components will not warranty any items not used for their intended and advertised use as specified. Magnetic Components will not warranty any item that is used in conjunction with an attenuator. Magnetic Components, Inc. will not be responsible for any types of damages incurred as a result of a defective transformer or an incorrect installation of a transformer. Also, Magnetic Components, Inc. will not be responsible for a transformer failure that is a result of your incorrect installation or failure as result of any modification of our product by you. Magnetic Components reserves the right to not warranty any items that have been modified in any way including leads cut, end bells removed, etc. Also, this warranty applies only if purchased directly from Magnetic Components, Inc. If you believe you have a defective transformer that is ours but purchased from a distributor, reseller, etc., you must contact them directly and their warranty policies will apply. If you believe you have received a defective transformer directly from the Magnetic Components, Inc., you must contact Magnetic Components, Inc. for a return authorization number. At which time, you will be required to return the transformer. You will be responsible for the cost of freight to return the item. Magnetic Components, Inc. reserves the right at our option to either repair, replace, issue a credit or supply a refund minus the original shipping charges if the item is verified defective by Magnetic Components, Inc. only. Warning!: Transformers should always be installed by a professional electronics technician since there are high voltages involved and may result in serious physical harm to yourself, the transformer and/or your equipment if installed incorrectly. All pricing, transformer specifications, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Magnetic Components, Inc. will not directly ship outside of the continental USA. Magnetic Components, Inc. will only ship to your specified agent or freight forwarder within the continental USA unless otherwise specified by us in writing. Magnetic Components, Inc. will not be responsible for any taxes, duties, shipping fees, bank charges, charge backs or any other charges associated with a non-USA sales transaction (Ex Works Terms). Magnetic Components, Inc. will require a bank wire transfer for payment for any non-USA sales transaction unless otherwise specified by us in writing.
